BPR Architects - Offices Development - London SW6, Rylston Road

BPR Architects has been appointed by the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) for Greater London to design a £2.1 million training centre on Rylston Road, Fulham, London SW6, for the Royal Yeomanry, the last regiment to be relocated from the Duke of Yorks HQ buildings on Kings Road in Chelsea.

The scheme comprises the full refurbishment of a redundant laundry including the extension of the existing courtyard to provide quality office and training accommodation.

The project team includes Chamberlain Consulting as the structural engineer, Hitek Consultants as M&E engineer and Press and Starkey as the cost consultant.

The refurbishment works will start on site this year and completion is expected in summer 2006.
