Teesland iDG - Industrial Development - Aylesford, Bellingham Way

Teesland iDG has received planning consent for its industrial/warehouse development at Access 4:20 on Bellingham Way, Aylesford, near Maidstone, Kent.

The consent, granted by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, provides unrestricted B1, B2 and B8 uses at this 85,300 sq ft (7,925 sq m) scheme at New Hythe Business Park, which overlooks the M20 near junction 4.

Construction has now started and the buildings are due for completion in July 2006. The scheme comprises 18 units ranging in size between 1,915 sq ft (178 sq m) and 15,000 sq ft (1,394 sq m). There is potential, at this stage, to amend the scheme to provide a single unit of up to 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m).
