Ashford Construction - Industrial Development - Solihull, Focus Park

Ashford Construction has just been awarded the rebuilding of a 40,000 sq ft industrial unit at Focus Park in Solihull which had previously been destroyed by fire.

This £1.6m contract will be constructed on behalf of Wrenbridge Land Limited and Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, following extensive negotiations with the insurers.

The contract is due for completion in August 2006 with construction works programmed to take thirty two weeks.
