Westergate Business Centre is the Winner of the South East Sustainable Energy Partnership, Renewable Energy 2005 Award for Sustainable Energy in a Commercial Building.

The award sets a new benchmark for all future developments within the City of Brighton & Hove. The scheme also houses the City's first wind turbine, providing a clean source of renewable energy.
