Atisreal - Offices Development - Odiham, Fairhome Hospital
Date: 19 Jan 2006
Southampton commercial property consultants Atisreal have been appointed guardians of a £6.6 million specialist hospital development.
Following the successful completion of the first stage of the development in 2004, Atisreal have been reappointed for the second phase due for completion this autumn.
The hospital, in Odiham near Fleet, is being developed by Fairhome Care Group for people with learning difficulties and mental health problems. Atisreal are overseeing the project on behalf of the financiers HSBC.
Rob Haynes, head of building consultancy in Atisreal's Southampton office, said: "Our role is to monitor HSBC's investment during the construction process and to ensure the delivery of a quality facility for both the bank and the owner - we are delighted to continue our successful working relationship with HSBC and Fairhome Care Group."
Martin Thomas from HSBC said: "With the first unit we found that the monitoring of the project by Atisreal ensured it was completed to a very high standard and met all the stringent regulations required by the Care Standards and statutory authorities.
"We look forward to repeating this with Atisreal on the new development Watson House which started this month."

The first unit of the new low-level hospital development is completed.
