Eric Young & Co - Offices Development - Livingston, Starlaw Park

Eric Young & Co, one of Scotland's largest independent firms of chartered surveyors, has been appointed joint agent with J A Pollock for DMI's speculative build of Afton House, Starlaw Park in Livingston.

Work will start on the site in late January with a view to the building being available by Autumn 2006.

DMI's seventh commercial property development in West Lothian, Afton House will comprise a two-storey office pavilion extending to 14,400 sq ft that can be made available either as a stand-alone unit or individual suites from 3,500 sq ft each.

Located adjacent to junction 3A on the M8 motorway, Starlaw Park offers the ideal location for any company serving the Central Scotland market, while providing easy access to the amenities and services of Livingston.

As Scotland's most successful new town, Livingston is the main focus for industry and commerce in West Lothian.
