IDM Group - Offices Development - Poole, Seldown Lane

Specialist contractor, IDM Group, has been appointed by the Merrill Lynch Property Fund to undertake the refurbishment of Merck House on Seldown Lane in Poole, Dorset.

The 55,000 sq ft project will be completed within twelve weeks and will be grade "A" office accommodation.
