Corporate Speak - General - Four Dimensional Cost Model

Chester based marketing communications company Corporate Speak is working alongside property leaders Bucknall Austin to provide marketing and promotional strategy of their newly launched 'Four Dimensional Cost Model' (4DCM) Business.
The model has been developed to calculate the capital cost of a facility and the cost of operating a facility over any given period of time, which will allow the reuse of data and provide a dynamic decision making tool.
So impressive is the model and it's benefits it has already received a bronze in the BAE Chairman's Awards for Innovation and Implementation. As a result of this, there are expectations for the model to be adapted to apply to any BAE Systems facility Worldwide.
The Customer Solutions & Support (CS&S) Royal Ordnance Defence divisions of BAE Systems, is a perfect case study of the cost saving potential. The model is estimated to save the client £200, 000 a year in running costs for the small additional investment on the new £15m insensitive munitions facility under construction at Glascoed, South Wales.
Corporate Speak will provide a comprehensive marketing and promotion strategy for 4DCM including design of corporate identity and branding, packaging, brochure, product launch and website. They will also deliver a series of marketing campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the benefits of adopting the model within the property sector.
