Patton Fit-Out - Offices Development - Belfast, City Exchange Building

Pictured overlooking the ever-changing Belfast city from one of its newest quality vantage points are Peter Hoey, Project Manager of Multi Development Ltd and Brendan Boyd, Director of Patton Fit-Out. The pair were celebrating the completion of the internal fit-out contract for Multi-Development's new UK headquarters which is located in the spectacular new City Exchange building adjacent to the company's flagship £320m Victoria Centre regeneration scheme. Multi Development designs and develops large-scale mixed-use retail schemes, inner-city regeneration projects and offices across Europe.

While Victoria Square is the company's first UK project it is also currently engaged in a £265m mixed-use regeneration scheme in Wolverhampton's city centre.

Patton Fit-Out completed the internal fit-out of the new HQ in 8 weeks.
