Pioneering developer K W Linfoot Plc is once again breaking new ground with its latest scheme of luxury residential apartments in Leeds that will bring a totally different meaning to city living.
Manor Mills is the exciting result of a unique new partnership which sees the first ever venture in Leeds by internationally acclaimed design-led developer, YOO.

Integrated into the project team from an early stage, YOO have worked with K W Linfoot Plc on many aspects of the development including communal areas, building facades, apartment layouts, specifications and overall interior design.
With reputations synonymous with the highest of internal finishes and specification, both teams have also worked closely to create ready made furniture packages that compliment the apartment's architecture. Two packages will be made available near to the scheme's completion - 'get YOO in' and 'make YOO at home' - the former being a level of essential fittings whilst the latter will combine a comprehensive collection of must-have items with notable design classics.
Manor Mills will become the ultimate showcase for KW Linfoot Plc which already boasts an award winning reputation for its innovative approach to city living. Manor Mills will comprise of smart pads and studios as well as one and two bedroom apartments with prices ranging from £86,000 to £200,000. The scheme is located on Manor Road, close to Leeds City Station and the national motorway network.
Development is expected to start in Summer 2006 with completion due in Spring 2008.
