Procare Building Services - General - 3 New Contacts Won

Watford based Procare Building Services has announced three major client wins for its Maintenance Division in the form of Homebase, Argos and Her Majesty's Court Service.

Details of the contracts are as follows:

Her Majesty's Court Service is a three year measured term contract worth £350k per year and was won following a comprehensive pre-qualification selection and competitive tender process undertaken by consultant, EC Harris. The work entails looking after the fabric maintenance of the combined court service portfolio across the Thames Valley and Bedfordshire.

Argos/Homebase - Procare will provide responsive maintenance for 36 Argos and 15 Homebase Stores, all of which are located in London and the Home Counties. The contract is a performance based service level agreement which will be reviewed on an annual basis. All instructions for responsive works will be routed through a help desk run by Kent based SSS Management Services Ltd.
