Szerelmey - Retail Development - Plymouth, Drake Circus

Szerelmey is working on a £2.25 million stone cladding and flooring contract at Drake Circus, a new shopping centre located in the centre of Plymouth. The centre is due to be opened to the general public in October 2006, and will become one of the leading shopping destinations in the South West.

Szerelmey is working alongside Bovis Lend Lease Ltd for P&O Developments.

Szerelmey is responsible for two stonework packages; a £1.2 million internal mall flooring contract covering 5,400 sq m over three storeys using a spectrum of coloured granites sourced from China, and a £1.05 million external building cladding contract which consists of 2,200 sq m of rainscreen Jura limestone from Germany to six elevations.
