Hodgson Elkington & Co - Mixed-Use Development - Lincoln, Witham Wharf
Date: 24 May 2006
The construction work on the Witham Wharf residential development is now beginning to create a dramatic impact on the City's skyline. Over the past week a massive crane has been erected which dominates the City skyline. This will be used to construct the 114 apartments which are being created at Witham Wharf, including the 2 new floors of penthouse accommodation which will have stunning views over the City Centre.
"Now that the building is being scaffolded up and the crane is erected the public can see just how important this landmark building is going to be to the City of Lincoln. The apartments are going to be fitted to an exceptionally high standard and all the purchasers on whatever floor will have the benefit of some truly wonderful features and views", said Sam Elkington, managing partner of Hodgson Elkington & Co, the project co-ordinators.
Of the 114 apartments, some 53 have already been reserved with other interest currently being fielded from prospective purchasers. The show suite is open 5 days per week and a steady flow of prospective purchasers have been able to see the finished article by viewing a mocked up apartment in the show suite.
