Space Property - Industrial Development - Weybridge, Trade City Brooklands

Kier Property and joint venture partner Space Property have started construction of Phase one of the Trade City Brooklands development in Weybridge, Surrey.

The first phase, on part of the 6.44-acre (2.6 hectare) site, will comprise 13 business, warehouse and light industrial units totalling 40,200 sq ft (3,735 sq m).

Nigel Turner Commercial Director at Kier Property comments: "We have been delighted with the take up of units on the scheme with 6 of the 13 units already under offer. The occupiers are responding to the quality of the product and the variety of units offered. Due to the unprecedented level of demand we are already proceeding with Phase 2 which will complete in Spring 2007."

Completion is scheduled for August with phase two, due to start on site shortly thereafter.

The site is situated on Avro way on the established Brooklands Estate, located just of the A3, with direct access to central London, and Junction 10 of the M25.
