Crosby Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd - Appointment - Carl Wright

Crosby Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd has appointed Carl Wright as Land Manager. The new role has been created to provide crucial support to Crosby's development strategy following the £261 million takeover of the company by Lend Lease last summer.

Previously an Associate Partner at Gerald Eve and Beadnall Copley, Carl brings over 12 years experience in commercial and residential property development. At Crosby Carl will be responsible for sourcing sites for major residential and mixed use development across Yorkshire and the North East.

Current schemes in the Crosby Homes (Yorkshire) portfolio include the £250 million development of Leeds largest mixed use waterfront destination, Clarence Dock and two highly prestigious residential schemes in Wetherby and Gosforth, Newcastle.
