Briggs & Forrester - Offices Development - £11.5 Million Development Portfolio

Northampton-based building services contractor, Briggs & Forrester have enjoyed a long and successful working relationship with Willmott Dixon Construction and are happy that this is set to continue with three recently awarded contracts worth a total of approximately £11.5 million.
The projects are:
Haringey 6th Form Centre - Work has recently begun on site to construct a new 12,000 sq m state of the arts education facility that will provide academic and vocational courses for 1200 students. Briggs & Forrester will install mechanical, electrical and public health services that will include a Termodek ventilation system.
Waldron & Streatham Health Care Centres - Briggs & Forrester will install mechanical, electrical and public health services at two newly constructed primary health care centres in Deptford and Streatham that will be the home to GP practices together with other healthcare services that include health visitors, school nurses, district nurses, reproductive and sexual health services, chiropody and speech and language therapy.
Oundle School - Although this independent dates back to the sixteenth century, celebrating its 450th anniversary this year, the education facilities are definitely designed for the twenty-first century. Briggs & Forrester will install mechanical, electrical and public health services that include innovative solar panel heating and a rainwater harvesting system in a prestigious new Sci-Tec block.
