Carter Jonas - Appointment - Michael Hudson

Carter Jonas has appointed Michael Hudson as partner and head of development land in its Cambridge office.

Michael joins Carter Jonas from Lovells, the house builder. He has many years of experience gained from working in East Anglia and the East Midlands, both in the house building industry and property consultancy. Michael gained his property qualifications in Australia, where he worked for 14 years before moving to England in 1992.

Michael will be responsible for expanding Carter Jonas' development team in Cambridge, specifically working with landowners and house builders. His role will involve land assembly for both immediate and strategic sites, development land sales and appraisals, marketing and advice to landowners of both greenfield and brownfield sites, advice on affordable housing and new homes.
