LSM Partners - Offices Development - Feltham, Cains Lane

Leading property consultants LSM Partners has completed the fit-out of the combined Air France and KLM UK and Ireland Head offices at Plesman House, near Heathrow. The 18,000 sq ft building was formerly part occupied by AlItalia, and the fit-out was completed in two seven week phases - allowing KLM to remain in the building and operate at full capacity.

Following the merger of Air France and KLM in 2004, LSM Partners was commissioned to implement a full scale fit-out to consolidate the UK and Ireland head offices of both companies and consequently achieve economies, as well as further developing their partnership by residing under one roof. The project is one of a growing number of airline industry wins for LSM, who have also recently been appointed by Continental Airlines.

Reflecting the success of the project, the refurbished Plesman House will be officially jointly opened by the French and Dutch ambassadors on the 6th July 2006.

LSM Partners' has recently launched a new business-line branded LSM Smartspace, which specialises in office fit-out work. Other services include property relocation and disposal advice, commercial property investment, business rates reductions, rent reviews, lease renewals, arbitration and expert witness services, town planning and development, building surveys, acquisition reports, dilapidations, space planning and property asset management.

Clients include private and public companies, central and local government, institutions, banks, trade groups and not for profit organisations.
