IBB Solicitors - Mixed-Use Development - Slough, Town Centre £90 Million Mixed-Used Scheme

The Commercial Development team at IBB Solicitors has been retained to act for Crowborough Properties Limited in connection with its £90 million mixed-use development in Slough town centre.

The development will comprise:

- 140 bedroom hotel
- 100,000 sq ft offices
- 90,000 sq ft retail/leisure

The IBB team will be led by the Head of the Commercial Development team, David Silva, and will be assisted by Juliusz Wodzianski (Partner) and Ross Humphries (Partner).
