Savills - Offices Development - Altrincham, Altrincham Business Park
Date: 23 Aug 2006
Joint venture partners Schroders and Barlows have begun work at Edward Court, the third phase of Altrincham Business Park, Cheshire.
Edward Court is to comprise 56,451 sq ft (5,244 sq m) of grade A office space in self contained buildings from 3,574 sq ft (332 sq m) to 5,953 sq ft (553 sq m) with on site car parking.
James Evans, associate director at Savills' Manchester office, comments: "The commencement of the third phase further emphasises the confidence in this location and the smaller freehold market, where activity remains vibrant. Despite some schemes currently being developed that offer self-contained office buildings of comparable size, these tend to concentrate on locations close to the A34 and princess Parkway, whilst supply of this type of product in the Sale/Altrincham area continues to be limited."
