Jackson Building Services - Retail Development - Harlow, Harlow Retail Park to Expand

Jackson Building Services has secured a £520K project with Morley Fund Management at Harlow Retail Park in Essex. Working closely with the asset management business, Jackson has completed a number of schemes at retail parks throughout the south of England, optimising store formats and enhancing retail facilities.

This latest project sees the contractor create two new retail units from one large existing store at the popular out-of-town park. In addition to extensive remodelling of the entrance area, Jackson will also re-roof the retail unit and provide metal cladding finishes to the façade. An amenity unit will be constructed within one of the new units and the contractor will upgrade the building's mechanical and electrical systems. The fast track project is due for completion at the beginning of October.
