Atlas Ward Structures - Industrial Development - Kettering, Hat trick scored at Kettering

Atlas Ward Structures is currently working on the third distribution project in Kettering on behalf of Main Contractor Winvic and industrial developer ProLogis. All three projects have been undertaken within this highly successful grouping.

The North Yorkshire based steelwork contractor is responsible for the design, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork for this project. The building covers an area of over 397,296 sq ft. and utilised in excess of 1200 tonnes of structural steelwork.

In total, Atlas Ward has designed, fabricated and erected in excess of 4,500 tonnes of structural steelwork for the development and covered an area of over 1,536,288 sq ft.

Similarly, with the previous two projects, Zone C, Plot 1 is also being built on a speculative basis. Existing occupiers on the site include Bosch Siemens Homeware and Wincanton.

Kettering has been identified as a major growth area within the UK. It is an excellent business location and boasts outstanding transport links - Kettering is within a two hour drive of 75% of the UK's population.

The Park is located close to junction 7 of the A14, north of Kettering town centre, 80 miles north of London and 54 miles east of Birmingham.
