Space Property - Industrial Development - Weybridge, Trade City Brooklands

Space Property and Kier Property have commenced construction of Phase 2 of their Trade City, Brooklands industrial/business unit development in Weybridge, Surrey.

Phase 2 of the 6.44-acre (2.6 hectare) development will comprise 11 units totalling 45,600 sq ft (4,236 sq m). The units range from 3,150 to 6,650 sq ft (293 to 618 sq m) and are available freehold or leasehold.

Alex Gale, development director of Space Property, comments: "Phase one has proved very successful with more than 50% of the units pre-sold or pre-let prior to practical completion in August this year. We also have a lot of interest in phase two, demonstrating the high demand for starter units in the area."
