Black Horse Life Assurance has agreed to fund and acquire a car showroom investment to be occupied by Daewoo at 293 -299 Bath Road, Slough, for £3.05m representing an initial yield of 7.39 per cent. The development is being carried out by Kimberely Developments Plc. Daewoo Cars Ltd have agreed to a 25 year FRI lease with five yearly reviews.

The property comprises 1,068.4 sq m (11,500 sq ft) of ground floor sales showroom and some offices, with 204.4 sq m (2,200 sq ft) at first floor level. There is parking for 66 cars externally.
