Phoenix - Appointment - UK, Phoenix Strengthens Management Team

Debt Recovery and enforcement specialists Phoenix, is delighted to announce the appointment of three new members to its senior management team.

Andy Cummins has been appointed Business Development Director. Andy will be responsible for driving forward Phoenix' business development strategy, having held previous roles with Capita as a Local Government Revenues Consultant and most recently with Equita. Andy has been a Technician Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) since 1991, and is currently Membership Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan Home Counties Association of the IRRV.

Colin Webb has been appointed Operations Director. Colin joins Phoenix armed with a wealth of experience, having previously held senior management positions with Barclaycard, O2 and the Walmart Group. He brings with him over 12 years of experience of producing top results, with dedicated focus, drive and consistent results, building and driving the performance of his teams in operational service delivery.

Paul Beck has been appointed Regional Account Manager for the southeast. Having worked in Revenues collection for 31 years, he joins Phoenix from Dover District Council where he was Revenues Manager, responsible for the collection of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Housing Rents, Housing Benefit overpayments and Sundry Income.
