Stupples - Offices Development - Little Chalfont, Anglo St James Secures Site in Little Chalfont

Anglo St James, advised by Stupples, has bought a development site at Bell Lane, Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire from The Entertainment Group.

The developer will start construction on the one-acre site in October. The proposed office scheme will have an end value of over £9 million and will be funded by Close Bros.

Bell Lane Office Village will comprise 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office accommodation, split between two blocks available to purchase in units from 1,500 sq ft (139 sq m).

Alan Chandler, director at Stupples, which has been retained as agent on the site, comments: "The scheme will help satisfy demand from owner occupiers keen to invest in their own space."

This will be the fourth scheme for Anglo St James in Buckinghamshire with developments at Chesham, Aylesbury and Amersham either underway or completed.
