Jarvis Group - Industrial Development - Luton, Planning Consent for New Industrial Scheme at Camford Way

Jarvis Group, the Harpenden-based construction and development company, has received planning consent for a 55,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Camford Way, Luton. The scheme will offer nursery units for smaller industrial occupiers spread across 23 buildings.

The site was acquired by Jarvis Group from Loudwater Trade & Finance Ltd for £1.3m. With planning permission granted, work is likely to commence on site immediately and is expected to be complete by June 2007.

The site's vendor, Loudwater Trade & Finance Ltd, was represented by SR Wood, while Jarvis Group was unrepresented.
