Tiger Developments - Appointment - UK, Ulrich Grobe and Sam Jackson Join Tiger Developments

Tiger Developments, the property development and investment company, has announced the appointments of Ulrich Grobe to its European team to increase Tiger's German portfolio and Sam Jackson has been added to its expanding UK development team.

Ulrich Grobe, formally of Aurelis Real Estate Management, will be based in Frankfurt and has already secured a number of opportunities for Tiger. Ulrich previously worked at Insignia where he was head of corporate real estate services and CB Richard Ellis where he was head of portfolio Central Europe.

He is experienced in advising various multi-national clients such as Exxon, Mobil, Deutche Telecom, EDS, Reuters, GE Capital and the Lehman Brothers in the areas of corporate real estate, brokerage and asset and portfolio management.

Sam Jackson has joined Tiger Developments expanding UK development team. His key roles will be focusing on site acquisition and project development, in both the commercial and residential sectors across the UK. He will be working alongside the existing team headed by John Nesbitt.

Previously Sam worked for two years at Cluttons as a development surveyor advising on and acquiring sites for development companies and homebuilders. Prior to this he was at Pyle Owen and Matthews & Goodman.
