Thomas and Adamson - Mixed-Use Development - St Andrews, St Andrews Grand Mixed-use Project

Property and construction consultants, Thomas and Adamson, have been appointed to handle the procurement and cost management of the 'St Andrews Grand' development. The site is the former Hamilton Hall residence building, which is synonymous with the home of golf. Located to the rear of the 18th Green and 1st Tee of the Old Course in St Andrews, the £23 million development will create 23 fractional ownership apartments along with a leisure area with gym and spa, library and dining room.

Construction is due to commence this month with building set for completion in the spring of 2008. The current 'Masters' champion Phil Mickelson is one of the founding members of the 'St Andrews Grand', developed by Wasserman Real Estate Capital LLC, which own stakes in more than 24 retail, residential and office properties around the world.
