Bucknall Austin - Mixed-Use Development - Barnsley, Barnsley Borough Framework Contract Awarded

Bucknall Austin continue to make their mark in South Yorkshire following their appointment to a four-year regeneration framework for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Property and construction consultancy Bucknall Austin will be responsible for providing economic and market assessments and procurement and development support to the project.

Project partners, architecture and design firm Halsall Lloyd Partnership (HLP), will also provide master planning support and advice on urban design and the built form.

Both firms will also have the opportunity to tender for additional projects within the framework.
