ISG InteriorExterior - Offices Development - Manchester, Hardman Square Sees Manchester's Largest Fit Out Project

ISG InteriorExterior has secured a £multi-million fit out project from commercial law firm Halliwells, at 3 Hardman Square in Manchester's high profile Spinningfields development. The scheme sees the contractor work across all eight floors to create high specification, purpose built office accommodation for the legal firm, which will relocate to Hardman Square next year.

As one of the first buildings to be designed by Foster & Partners in Manchester, 3 Hardman Square occupies a prime location on the Spinningfields development and provides Halliwells with an imposing new city centre headquarters building. Setting a new regional standard for the quality and specification of the office fit out, ISG InteriorExterior will create an impressive new reception area, with polished stone floors and bespoke joinery. Flexibility is a key requirement for the client, with the building comprising a large proportion of open plan office accommodation, client meeting rooms of varying sizes and break out areas.

A key element of the fit out is the construction of a state-of-the-art conference facility, with capacity for up to 100 individuals, and the flexibility to be divided into smaller units through moveable walls. ISG InteriorExterior will fit out a range of back of house and ancillary spaces and form a large staff restaurant on the eighth floor. The project is due to commence in Spring 2007 with completion scheduled for the same year.
