Procare Building Services - General - Procare 'nicks' Major Police Construction Contract - Procare to carry out £870K refurbishment of Hoddesden Police Station

Construction and refurbishment specialist, Procare Building Services has won a construction contract worth £870,000 to renovate Hoddesden Police Station in Hertfordshire. Work has already begun and involves the construction of eight new cells, refurbishment of existing custody suite and conversion of a garage block to office space. The project is scheduled to complete in late Spring 2007.
Procare Construction Director, Jerry Ball comments: "We have developed considerable experience working within the police environment having recently completed an extensive refit of a key strategic Metropolitan Police building which is why we are delighted to have been awarded the Hoddesden contract for Hertfordshire Constabulary. This is another design and build project where we have worked alongside our client from initial design brief to construction phase. In addition it demonstrates our expertise in both refurbishment and new build works."
