Date: 03 Jan 2007
Turnstone Estates has submitted a planning application for Phase Two of Iconix, its 115,000 sq ft business park development located to the south of Cambridge.
Phase 2 of the £30 million development will comprise four high-quality business space units ranging from 15,000 to 22,000 sq ft providing a further 70,000 sq ft to add to the existing Iconix scheme.
The scheme currently comprises two units, totalling 28,935 sq ft let to Sareum and Xention Discovery. Speculative work on Phase One is due to complete at the end of November. This building, named Iconix One, totals 15,400 sq ft over two floors.
Chris Goldsmith, managing director of Turnstone Estates, comments: "The high demand for business accommodation, especially to the south of Cambridge, encouraged us to bring forward Phase Two to provide further flexible, high-spec, purpose-built facilities to attract forward thinking businesses and bring further employment to the Cambridge area."
Agents for Iconix are Januarys and Jefferson Commercial.
