ISG Jackson - Industrial Development - Chelmsford, Essex Business Park Deal

ISG Jackson Special Projects has been awarded a £670K project by developer WBA Partnership to build the third and final phase of the successful Waterhouse Business Park in Chelmsford, Essex. The single-storey warehouse building will be divided into three individual units, which will provide purpose built, flexible and high specification accommodation for small businesses within the locality.

Occupying an enviable site within a secure compound, ISG Jackson has now commenced construction of the part brick and steel clad structure, with a scheduled completion date of November 2007. The project includes a large external element with the establishment of drainage services and the creation of a car park and a range of hard landscaping finishes.
