Chancerygate - Industrial Sale - Slough, Chancerygate Presells Majority Of Units AT CBC Colnbrook

Chancerygate Business Centres has sold 14 of the 16 freehold industrial properties at its CBC Colnbrook development, Old Bath Road, Slough - two months before completion of the scheme.
Construction of the 56,970 sq ft (5,292 sq m) development will be completed at the end of September, with units ranging in size from 1,400 - 7,710 sq ft. The pre-sales achieved prices of up to £200 per sq ft. Only two units of 2,200 sq ft each remain available.
Chancerygate director Charlie Withers says: "The location of the scheme and the style of the development, which is aimed at owner occupiers and in particular small and medium sized businesses has made the project incredibly successful. Being within half a mile of Heathrow's Terminal 5 made this a unique proposition for local businesses."
Businesses that have agreed to purchase properties at CBC Colnbrook include: Jetstream, Jumbo Distribution, Telenet Logistics and Worldnet.
