Savills - Appointment - Savills Expands Its European Investment Team

Savills has recruited James Cogavin to join as an associate of its European investment team.

James joins Savills after two and a half years at Churston Heard, where he formerly specialised in outward Irish investment. His new role in the cross-border investment team will be focussed on a small number of Irish and UK investors with active pan-European buying requirements, sourcing and managing investment transactions through the Savills European network. Additionally he will assist with general cross-border initiatives, including multi-country sales instructions and the international marketing of instructions.

Giles Wilcox, head of Savills European investment team, says: "James is a really dynamic addition to our cosmopolitan and fast-growing transaction-focused European cross-border investment team."

James Cogavin adds: "I look forward to the new and exciting challenges that lie ahead and the opportunity to work as part of this expanding specialist team, within the established global network of Savills."

James will be based in the head office, at 20 Grosvenor Hill, London.
