CNP - General - CNP Strengthens Its Position In South Wales And The South West
Date: 06 Sep 2007
Moving to new office premises in Cardiff at the beginning of September will enable CNP, one of the UK's leading specialist firms of building and project consultants, to strengthen its position in South Wales and the South West of England. The company opened its office in Cardiff at the beginning of 2007, but is now moving to larger permanent premises due to increasing demand for its services.
Already well established across the region, via dealings with national clients, the new CNP office opens in the former Glamorgan County Council offices at Greyfrairs House, which has been developed into a state of the art complex containing commercial offices, a hotel, gym and residential accommodation.
The CNP Cardiff team is led by Jonathan Stone, Director, who comments: "CNP has been providing surveying, project and consultancy services to the property industry across the region for many years. Recently, CNP has acted as advisers in the purchase of the BT Data Centre in Cardiff Bay - one of the largest single transactions in Wales this year - and was employer's representative on the design and construction of the £7.5 million 'The Avenue Retail Park' in Cardiff on behalf of Hammerson.
"This is a very exciting time for CNP as the company is expanding rapidly and is now in an even stronger position to assist developers, financial institutions, landlords and planners of major commercial projects across South Wales and the South West region."
