Warehousing and distribution property specialist sbh.uk has been appointed by Highbridge Developments as employer's agent and planning supervisor for the construction of a new 115,000 ft² (10,370m²) 12m high warehouse in Sherwood Park, Nottingham, to be let to Prolog Logistics.

The project includes fitting out the warehouse, providing offices, a vending area and external works. It also requires demolishing the former Kodak building on site, all within a tight 33-week schedule. sbh.uk recently completed a 129,400ft² (12,022m²) distribution centre for L'Oréal Luxury Products also in Sherwood Park, and again on behalf of Highbridge Developments.

The project further reinforces sbh.uk's strong relationship with Highbridge Developments, with further possible developments on Sherwood Park.
