Frontier Estates - Industrial Development - High Wycombe, Frontier Submits Planning Application For Centrus At High Wycombe

Date: 17 Oct 2007

Frontier Estates has submitted a planning application for Centrus at High Wycombe, the new 87,500 sq ft (8,129 sq m) business park adjacent to Junction 5 of the 40 motorway.

The scheme will comprise four high-quality warehouse/production units, ranging from 12,573 to 35,221 sq ft (1,168 to 3,272 sq m). Each unit will be detached and self-contained with secure yards and ample car parking spaces and will be available on a leasehold or freehold basis.

Charlie Howard of M3, joint agent for Centrus, comments: "The four units are being developed in a high-quality business park setting and benefit from an excellent location next to an uncluttered motorway junction. We are in discussion with a number of parties and are very encouraged with the interest already generated."

Duncan Bailey Kennedy is joint agent for the scheme. Work is scheduled to start in early 2008, with completion in autumn 2008.
