Chancerygate - Industrial Development - Bury, Chancerygate Expands In North West With Bury Development Site

Chancerygate is to develop 52,250 sq ft of trade counter and industrial accommodation following its acquisition of a 2.3-acre site in Bolton Road, Bury, Lancashire.

The prominent redevelopment opportunity was acquired from Transco.

Chancerygate will develop a total of 52,250 sq ft (4,854sq m) of trade counter and industrial accommodation in 15 separate units of between 2,600 and 4,500 sq ft (241 sq m - 418 sq m) that will be available either to purchase freehold or on leasehold terms.

Chancerygate's Charlie Withers says: "The site's prominence will provide occupiers with a tremendous opportunity to acquire their own properties in a highly visible and accessible location."

Colliers CRE represented Chancerygate and are retained on the scheme.
