King Sturge - Industrial Development - Bristol, Chancerygate Acquires Key Bristol Small Unit Development Site

Date: 17 Oct 2007

Chancerygate has acquired a key industrial redevelopment site in Gatton Road, Bristol from a private investor.

Planning will be submitted by Chancerygate to develop a total of 56,900 sq ft (5,286 sq m) of industrial and warehouse properties at the 2.75-acre (1.1-hectare) site close to junction 3 of the M32. The development will see 23 separate units of between 1,600 and 3,150 sq ft (148 sq m - 292 sq m) that will be available to purchase freehold.

Chancerygate's Charlie Withers says: "The accessibility of the site makes it perfect for the development of a small unit business scheme. There has been a lack of small, freehold industrial and storage properties in north Bristol for some time and the new scheme will help satisfy the market's pent-up demand."

King Sturge has been appointed by Chancerygate.
