Chancerygate - Industrial Development - Witham, Chancerygate Acquires Witham Site For Major Industrial Scheme

Industrial property specialist Chancerygate Business Centres has acquired a 1.98-acre site on Eastways, Witham, Essex and is looking to develop 20 separate industrial/warehouse properties totalling 45,000 sq ft in buildings from 1,800 sq ft.

Chancerygate has developed many similar schemes around the country and director Charlie Withers says: "Our business centre concept provides high quality properties that are suitable for a number of industrial and trade uses and has proved incredibly popular with occupiers across the UK. The fact that they are available to purchase makes them highly attractive to small and medium sized businesses and individual entrepreneurs who wish to control their business' overheads by owning the property they operate from."

It is hoped that the new development, to be known as CBC Witham, will be completed next summer.
