Chancerygate - Industrial Development - Romford, Chancerygate Secures Planning Permission For Major Romford Industrial Scheme
Date: 24 Oct 2007
Industrial property specialist Chancerygate Business Centres has secured planning consent to develop a major industrial and distribution scheme in Romford.
Construction of the new development, to be known as CBC Romford, has begun and when completed in June 2008 it will total 105,350 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation of between 1,500 sq ft and 5,450 sq ft. The individual units will be available to purchase freehold with prices from £260,000.
Chancerygate director Charlie Withers says: "Our business centre concept provides high quality properties that are suitable for a number of industrial and trade uses and has proved incredibly popular with occupiers across the UK. The fact that they are available to purchase makes them highly attractive to small and medium sized businesses and individual entrepreneurs who wish to control their business' overheads by owning the property they operate from."
Kemsley Whitely and Ferris and DTZ have been appointed as selling agents for the scheme.
