Representing vendor Sara Lee Courtaulds, industrial agents at Lambert Smith Hampton's Manchester office have sold Northgate on White Lund Trading Estate in Morecambe, Lancashire to a private investor.

The 42,505 sq. ft. unit was sold freehold for £1.125 million.
