Lambert Smith Hampton - Mixed-Use Sale - Manchester, Moss Lane East

Representing a private client, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has agreed the sale to a private investor/developer of a former warehouse on Moss Lane East in Manchester. Roger Hannah & Co was joint agent with LSH.

The 1.2 acre site has been sold for an undisclosed sum, thought to be in excess of £4.5m. Planning permission is being submitted for a development of one-two bed apartments and approx. 8,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
