Hampshire's newest residential developer has started to ramp up the profile of two landmark schemes.
Southampton-based Lainston Homes hired local marketing firm Guru to design and produce thousands of starter home brochures.
They have now arrived at the developer's headquarters, ready for distribution to estate agencies and potential buyers.
Lainston managing director Russell Clarke said: "We're already fielding calls from people keen to get a foot on the housing ladder, and these highly professional brochures will undoubtedly appeal."
Both developments are in the Southampton area.
The first is a £1.3m conversion scheme called Supermarine at Woolston, consisting of 15 one and two-bedroom apartments and priced from £122,950. Work started in June 2007 and is due to finish by May 2008.
The second is entitled Sunday's Hill at Hedge End, a £1.6m new build involving 13 one and two-bedroom apartments, with prices from £134,950.
Work started in July 2007 and is due to finish by April 2008.
