Plans for the development of Interchange Park, Bedford, have been approved by Bedford Borough Council, and developers Wrenbridge are offering a range of commercial premises for sale or to lease through joint commercial property agents Douglas Duff and Savills. Interchange Park is located on the outskirts of Bedford, opposite the established Interchange Retail Park on the B530 Ampthill Road, close to its junction with the Southern By-pass and the A6 and A421 major trunk routes.

"Interchange Park is one of Bedford's most exciting commercial developments for some years, and will provide a much-needed choice of brand new commercial units, including warehouse/office units, showrooms and trade counter premises" commented Andrew Clarke of Douglas Duff. Construction work on this highly-visible 8-acre site is due to start early in 2008, and inquiries are invited from potential occupiers seeking units with B1, B2 and B8 use; design-and-build packages for bespoke premises are also available and land sales will be considered. Unit sizes range from 5,724 to 17,485 sq ft (532 to 1,625 sq m).
