Howard Property Group - Offices Sale - Milton Keynes, Knowlhill

HPG Developments, part of the Howard Property Group, reports the sale of the first office unit at its Newton Court development at Knowlhill.

McKeowns Solicitors have bought the first of the six units on the 2 acre development for a figure in excess of £600,000.

The development consists of 12,000 sq ft of new high quality open plan office space. Units, which are designed with the freehold occupier in mind, have attracted considerable interest. In recent weeks, two more units have gone under offer (one to A T Jones, a leading office fit out company and the other to private investors). Office unit sizes range from 1,500 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. The site also houses 20,000 sq ft warehouse and office building built by HPG Developments and pre-sold earlier this year to PACE Europe, part of international electronics group, PACE Worldwide.
