Handston Properties Limited, who recently acquired the former Fawley Infants School, on corner of Church Lane and Fawley Road, have now commenced refurbishment of these grade II listed buildings into modern offices, but maintaining their character.

The refurbishment commenced with the stripping out of old office partitioning, and Handston were pleasantly surprise to find interesting vaulted and panelled ceilings. The combination of removing the partitions and having greater ceiling height has bought extra natural daylight into the rooms, and offers the opportunity of having views of the surrounding trees.

Once complete, six self-contained suites of offices will be available, combining modern facilities in a character setting from 700 sq ft upwards. These will be available either to purchase Freehold or on a lease on terms to be agreed through the marketing agents.
