ISG Jackson Special Projects - Offices Development - Harlow, Essex
Date: 16 Jan 2008
ISG Jackson Special Projects is underway with a circa £2 million project to build eight new business units in Harlow, Essex for client RO Developments. The fast-track scheme at Harlow Business Park sees the contractor erect two large 1,000 sq m steel frame buildings, which will then be subdivided into eight varying sized units.
Work is progressing well on site, with the first of the two new buildings due for completion by the end of April. Both structures will feature metal cladding to their façades, with metal composite roofs and provide modern, high specification accommodation for a range of different business uses. ISG Jackson Special Projects will also create a car park between the two buildings, with the entire scheme scheduled for completion in late May 2008.
Stuart Talbot, divisional director for ISG Jackson Special Projects, commented: "Harlow continues to prove a highly attractive business destination with increasing demand for high quality commercial premises. This latest win follows ISG Jackson Special Project's successful completion of a scheme at the adjacent Harlow Retail Park and further demonstrates the company's strong credentials within the retail sector."
